Court Hire Terms & Conditions
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations can be made calling 0406987903
Late Cancellations / No Shows
Bookings cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice, or not attended, will be charged at the full rate.
Wet Weather Policy
In the event of rain or inclement weather, please call the centre to confirm the status of your court. If courts are playable and no call is made, the hire fee will still apply.
Credits
Where sufficient notice is given, or if courts are deemed unplayable, your booking will be credited. Credits are valid for 3 months.
Court Usage
Courts may only be used for the duration of your booking. Extra time cannot be taken, even if courts appear free. To extend your booking, please book online or contact reception.
Court Allocation
While we aim to provide your preferred court, changes may occasionally be required to accommodate programs and events.
